Our excellent staff at Clifford’s Inn are responsible for helping to ensure that the common parts of the building are in good repair and assist residents through the collection of deliveries if residents aren’t home at the time of a delivery. They will announce visitors for residents and the reception desk is open 24/7.

The Board of Directors of Clifford’s Inn Management Company is responsible for ensuring that the building is managed appropriately and within budget. They set an annual budget and determine service charges necessary to meet the expenses of the building. Smith Waters meets regularly with the Board to ensure they are abreast of matters that are relevant to the building.
