Welcome to Clifford’s Inn which is a building with a long and interesting history.
Clifford’s Inn is situated in Fetter Lane and the area has most recently become known as ‘mid-town’ as it is half-way between the West End, with its famous London theatres, and the City’s financial district. Mid-town is currently experiencing some exciting new developments (including the City of London Law Courts) which continue the area’s history as an integral part of London.
Clifford’s Inn consists of eight floors of studio, one, two and three bedroom flats on the third to eighth floors which are leased on a long-term basis from CLS Holdings Ltd, the Freeholder. The first two floors contain commercial offices and eight flats. The flats look out onto either St Dunstan’s Church, Fetter Lane or the gardens of the Maughan Library of King’s College.

As well as King’s College, other prestigious universities located close by are the London School of Economics and University College London.
There are many new developments in the area and nearby are several historical places of interest including Lincoln’s Inn Fields which provides a haven of greenery in the right seasons.
This website has been set up as a guide to help residents enjoy living in Clifford’s Inn with its nearby attractions. Some useful information is included in a Residents’ Handbook which is regularly updated.
Clifford’s Inn is managed by Clifford’s Inn Management Company (CIMC), the Directors of which live in the building. CIMC’s Managing Agent is Smith Waters who has worked with us for many years and know the building well.
